Networking Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our network infrastructure. You will be part of a team that ensures the stability and integrity of our network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Engineer at RSB Healthcare Consulting located in Bengaluru.
- The Network Engineer will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, network design, and network engineering tasks.
- They will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of proven experience in a network engineer role
- Hands-on experience with networking devices (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls)
- Familiarity with access control models and network security
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI models
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Network Administration, Network Engineering, and Network Design skills
- Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
- Experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructure
- Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- Certifications in network administration or network engineering area plus
Telemarketing Representative
RSB Healthcare Consulting is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and promoting our healthcare consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the healthcare industry
- Introduce RSB Healthcare Consulting services and schedule appointments for our consultants
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare industry trends (preferred)
